It is not the first time we are using the services of Chamomile Moving. And I can say these are the most skilled and responsible movers I have ever met. I needed to relocate very bulky furniture to the apartment on the third floor, and the elevator did not work temporarily. The guys were working in abnormal heat, but they did the job without a single complaint! They could load the truck so rationally that managed to fit even more things than I planned. Furthermore, they added protective wraps to keep my things protected. I was very nervous before my move, but these guys took away all my worries and did everything flawlessly. They are true experts!

I am happy to have received a wonderful service from the Chamomile Moving team. Alex and Sam were delivering my possessions from storage to a new apartment. Questions about Chamomile Moving

Does Chamomile Moving require deposits to book a move?

We at Chamomile Moving have made sure that the booking process is fast and easy. During a booking process we collect a $100 deposit which guarantees a customer a truck and a crew on the agreed upon date. All deposits are deducted from the total on the day of the move. If something changes, and you need to cancel the move, then the deposit is fully refundable. We'll be glad to refund your deposit right away as long as you give us a 72 hour notice before the move.

What forms of payment does Chamomile Moving accept?

Payment for your Chamomile shipment can be made by one of the following methods: cash, traveler’s check, money order or cashier’s check, and major credit cards (American Express® Card, Discover® Card, Visa®, and MasterCard®). We will also accommodate all types of split payments. Do you want to pay partially cash and partially on a credit card? No problem!

How long does it take to move?

This depends on many factors, such as the time of year, weather conditions, size of your shipment, time required to load and unload, and the direction and distance your shipment is traveling.
We at Chamomile Moving understand that each move and each situation are unique, and so we strive to accomplish every project in an efficient and timely manner. Our specialists on the phone will guide you as to what to expect as far as the duration of your particular move, they will ask questions, like what kind of items we will he moving for you and what is the distance from point A to point B. Our knowledgeable stuff is famous for accurately estimating the average times needed for every situation. Keep in mind that actual times at the end of the day may vary.

My move date changed. What should I do?

We at Chamomile Moving understand that relocation is a hectic process and a lot of things can change. Our job is to accomodate every situation and be flexible in order to help our clients during turbulent times. Contact your move coordinator as soon as you can if your move dates have changed. They can process any changes to your plan and discuss updates; In most cases rescheduling is free and you get to keep your deposit. Keep Calm and let Chamilomile handle the move for you.

Am I protected against loss or damage while my goods are being moved?

Even though Chamomile Moving workers are thoughtful and careful, accidents do happen. Keep Calm, all the items that are handled by Chamomile Moving are automatically insured for $0.60 per pound per article at no extra charge to a customer. This valuation protection comes automatic with our service. Under this protection plan, if any article is lost, destroyed or damaged while under Chamomile Moving care, the customer will be reimbursed fully and promptly.

How far in advance should I book my move?

It is better to reserve your moving appointment as far in advance as you possibly can. We recommend to book a move as soon as you have a clear understanding of when you would like to move. Once you know your date of the move, we can schedule your appointment. With that being said, we understand that moving is a hectic process and if you need moving in the last minute, we will work with you and find you a crew and a truck even on a short notice.
